Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is a program for pregnant and parenting moms in recovery with children up to age 2.

The pregnancy and first few years of a child’s life are the most crucial to their healthy development. Research has shown that the most critical factor during this time is the strong and healthy relationship between a baby and their parents, yet these can be some of the most stressful times for those parents. By providing group support, education and healing to moms in recovery, we ensure health babies have healthy moms and prevent the cycle of child abuse before it begins.
