Our programs are voluntary, confidential, and mostly free of charge (ask about scholarships for our paid programs). Children’s Advocacy Center

A Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) is a specialized facility designed to support and protect children who have been victims of abuse or neglect. Our centers offer a coordinated approach to handling cases of child abuse by bringing together various professionals (known as the Multi Disciplinary Team or MDT)—such as law enforcement, child protective services, medical personnel, and mental health professionals—in one location.

Parenting Academy

Our Parenting Academy offers a variety of the highest quality evidenced-based and research-based programs. Combined with the expertise and compassion of our accredited parent coaches and therapists, the Parenting Academy provides a positive and judgement-free learning environment for the parent, child, and family.

Trauma Therapy

Trauma therapy is a specialized form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events. The primary goal of trauma therapy is to assist individuals in processing their traumatic experiences, managing symptoms, and promoting healing and recovery. Case Management

Brigid Collins works with DCYF and self-referrals to accept clients into our Case Management based programs. These sensitive family matters are handled with professionalism, kindness, empathy and on-going support by our team of accomplished case managers.

Education & Prevention

Resources, classes and training opportunities including our From Darkness to Light, the Stewards of Children Child Abuse Prevention Training, which empowers adults to prevent, recognize, and react responsibly to child sexual abuse through awareness, education, and stigma reduction.
